Hotel
Hotel La Villa
Traditional Spanish Rustic Hotel
in the Medieval Plaza of Requena
You're sure to enjoy your stay in Requena, an important wine town inland from Valencia. In the small ancient square is our family run hotel. We have reserved the entire hotel for our guests.
Think of your stay as an exclusive MotoExpress house party.
La Villa is traditionally Spanish and well appointed. In the evening we dine around large tables arranged the length of the restaurant. Each evening we enjoy a great 3 course dinner.Free bottles of wine and jugs of beer help the conversation flow long into the night.
This is one MotoGP that should never be missed.
Ticket choice
Our consecutively numbered tickets ensure you sit with your partner and
the rest of the MotoExpress group. Directly behind your grandstand are
large and numerous catering facilities. Also a multitude of
merchandising outlets for those must have T shirts and caps.
The Valencia circuit is unique. Similar to a football stadium, the
grandstands surround the entire race track. It's hard to describe the
atmosphere, you need to be there. But imagine a sun baked football
stadium with a packed fervent crowd of 140,000 Spanish fans. Than add
the excitement of MotoGP bikes followed by the shock and awe of the
biggest fireworks ever. You're now getting close to understanding
Valencia!
North grandstand (Yellow) - Included Ticket
Situated as the name suggests at the north end of stadium circuit. This
is the biggest and main grandstand. In a circuit renowned for incident
and drama, most of the overtaking takes place at the first turn
following the start / finish straight and on the entrance into Doohan
curve. Both directly in front of your grandstand.
At Valencia you don't really need huge Video Walls to keep you up to
date with all the race action, you can see it all from your seat. But
you have one and it's useful during the qualifying sessions.
Boxes Grandstand - Upgrade Ticket
The unusaully named 'Boxes Grandstand' is large grandstand situated along the Start / Finish Straight.
This grandstand offers fans a reserved seat and a priveledged view of the pit lane and and the start line.
Also a huge panoramic view of the track. In fact you can follow the riders all the way around the circuit.
The other major advantage of this grandstand is the view into the MotoGP paddock where you can watch the riders
going in and out of their motorhomes and team garages.
Highlights
Valencia end of season celebration
140,000 Spanish fans will descend on the Ricardo Tormo circuit. The atmosphere outside the circuit from sunrise is terrific, whilst inside it's fiesta time! This is motogp Spanish style! The biggest firework explosions ever. Mexican waves, Grandstand singing of 'Ole, Ole, Ole, Ole'. If there is a Spanish victory in any class the celebrations take on a new dimension! After the race is finished, head for the huge catering tents located just outside circuit exits. Mix with the friendly Spaniards and savour the atmosphere that is unique to the Valencia motogp.
Requena the ancient wine town
Requena is the real Spain the travel writers are yet to discover. An important wine town, many of Spain's most notable wines are produced here. Our hotel is situated in the preserved historic centre. Sit outside the hotel with glass of wine in hand and witness a Spanish way life that you may had thought no longer existed.
Welcome Reception... party in the crypt - with FREE wine and beer!
Meet your fellow MotoGP guests at our fun reception party. Talk about the season passed and the race to come. A little later it's time for the first of the weekends dinner parties. These are superb fun evenings. You'll soon understand why so many MotoExpress guests return year after year for this end of season festival.
Hotel La Villa Evening Dinners - with FREE wine and beer!
Each evening we night dine around large tables arranged along the length of the hotels restaurant. Three course dinners with free wine are served. For many guests this the highlight of the weekend. Great company, great conversations!

Hi John & Linda,
Just a quick note so say thanks for a great time at Valencia.
We would have loved to go on the Monaco trip, but Tony is already booked
to go to the TT and the dates clash, but we hope to book for the
following year!
Thanks for being great company on the Thursday, just a shame that John
overdid the tapas at lunch time!!!!
We would love to book up again and hope that we can again arrive a day
earlier and stay the extra night – it worked out very well.
Thanks again for all you efforts, making the weekend truly memorable
Chrissy
